Spice up your Las Vegas Restaurant Week with an authentic Mexican spread only at El Segundo Sol. From Monday, June 5 to Friday, June 16, feast on a three-course meal complete with your El Segundo Sol favorites. Kick off your meal with your choice of starter including the Corn Buñuelos, jalapeño and cheese fritters served with a chili lime dipping sauce. Choose from your choice of tacos or enchilada for your entrée before making room for dessert! We’re ending the meal with our Mayan Chocolate Cheesecake or Coconut Flan.

FIRST COURSE

CHICKEN QUESADILLA

chicken tinga, Mexican 3 cheese blend, salsa taquera, crema oaxaqueña, cotija cheese

MEXICAN CHIPOTLE CAESAR SALAD

fresh chopped romaine lettuce, shaved grana padano cheese, tortilla chip crumble, spiced roasted pumpkin seeds, chipotle caesar dressing.

SECOND COURSE

MAHI MAHI TACOS

grilled mahi-mahi, salsa macha and habanero citrus vinaigrette, baja slaw

BRAISED BEEF BIRRIA TACOS

slow braised beef, salsa macha, pickled red onions

CARNITAS TACOS
